Who we share data with
- Service providers that host the site and store enquiries and applications, acting on our instructions.
- Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Professional advisers and authorities where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not share your enquiry or application with anyone else without telling you first.
International transfers
We operate from India and may serve visitors anywhere. Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case your details are kept under our client records.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role closes, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or agree that we may keep them longer.
- Analytics data: as set in our Google Analytics retention setting (maximum 14 months).
- Cookie preference: 6 months, then we ask again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, move it to another provider, or withdraw consent you gave. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- EU / UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- India (DPDP Act): access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nominating another person to exercise your rights. Our grievance contact is privacy@teamunwritten.com.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your data was misused.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change affects cookies, we will ask for your choice again.
